Through a democratic electoral process, six representative areas send Directors to the Board to steward the factory’s future with wisdom, fairness, and transparency.

Supported by professional management from KTDA Ltd, our leadership ensures that every decision we make uplifts the farmer, strengthens the factory, and secures a future full of possibilities.
